Internet Investments are SCAM! There is NO QUICK FIX!

Alright, I don’t get these two groups of people…On one had corner we have these goons creating HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs). What they do is they go around the net and sending SPAM e-mails about putting in money so you get high returns, some are just ridiculously high. They go about saying ‘you don’t have to sell anything’, and ‘no matter what you do you still get income’ and worse saying ‘do nothing and still earn’…and whole lots more. It used to be a nuisance. HYIP come and go as they please, burning a lot of hopeful ‘investors’ cash; be it MyWorldPlus, NPN and so much of other crap selling the one thing people somehow make money out of: CRAP. On the other corner we have the unfortunate group of people: the so called ‘investors’. They ‘only’ have to put in 20, 30 or up to a few hundred bucks or so. They are promised with tons of non-existent wealth, cash and benefits. They are told not to worry about selling anything or putting in any effort. Despite the sincerest efforts of our governments deterring them from investing, they’re still buying it! Let me be the first to tell you that there is no such thing as a quick fix. People can get rich quick…but he or she would have to put in a lot of effort selling things people want, selling things that are tangible, and most importantly, by building a STABLE ROCK SOLID Business with vast profits. Not a place in some binary income scheme or the sort of investment that forces you to take more members under you just so you can ‘earn’. Let’s take Malaysia for example. There’s IPC Shopping EM-Pay and Uptrend Network selling a whole range of goose crap comprised of non-tangible products, investment lots and places people cannot benefit from. Yeah it works for the first few weeks. We have these lucky members giving testimonials and shit. But in the long run, who’s going end up being at the bottom of the tree when the market becomes stagnant? Are you going to earn anything by then? They tell you that you will earn more than ten times the amount you invested just by being a member. Sounds too good to be true? Well guess what, IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! That’s why IT’S NOT TRUE! Therefore, I say that Internet Investments, be it HYIP and so many other shit are scam! You want to make money? Work well in your career, build a business and sell products people can buy and use. There is no such thing as being rich and having financial freedom without working and doing things right. All it takes is for YOU to make the right choices in life. As far as I know, investing in programs that are not governed by laws (be it regional, state, national and/or international) is just down right stupid, you’ll just end up burning a huge hole in your wallet. DON’T invest in HYIPs. Quick Fix and ‘Get Rich Quick’ schemes don’t work. Period.

Financial Freedom: The Last Freedom Man has Yet to Attain

Well, where do I start…let’s see…The bulk of society is built on one rule: Get a Job and Get Paid. Or maybe work on something and get paid…which ever works. The mindset of human beings in the modern society has been shaped in such a way that every person is only meant to do one thing in order to contribute to a larger whole. A kid is trained on whether he or she wants to be an economist, a pilot, a teacher, a politician, or better yet, a doctor. Me? Well, I am going to be a biotech engineer. Now, let me tell you that there’s nothing wrong in studying our whole life just to get paid on a monthly basis on your dream job. Think about it. All those years in school, going to college, graduating out of varsity…and there you are, coming home from studying overseas just to work your ass off in order to get a couple of thousand dollars or so per month with all the traffic jams, the pressure of working and the stress. Is it worth it? Is your monthly salary enough? Well, there’s mortgage to pay, there’s rent if you’re not buying a house, there’s a car loan to pay back, some of you have to pay back the education loan that literally brought you your day job, there’s petrol to pay, food for you, your wife and kids I don’t know…and what do you left for yourself to spend on after paying all that? Bits and crumbs…but wait, there’s taxes! Easily said than done, people will tell you to save money, blah blah blah. How can you save when all your money is spent on necessary expenditures? You cant! Ahah, then you say ewh, look at me, am a doctor, I earn a lot…blah blah blah…well, of course doctors and managers earn a lot. That means they have to spend a lot too. A public school teacher would spend on buying a decent house, a working car that is fuel efficient and would send his or her kids to a public school. Doctors? Oh no…they must have a big house, a big Merc, and the kids must attend nothing less than private school. And still, what does the doctor have left after paying the mortgage all those loans back? Bits and crumbs! So I guess the lucky people are the businessmen. Why? They have income streams. Imagine the power to spend on as much as you want to without worrying about how much you can afford and without owing the bank. Spend according to what you have and what you earn no matter what you do. Income is no longer calculated on your monthly day job salaries…Then again, not all businesses are good all year round. That’s because there’s rent, licenses, auditing and so forth. What’s worse is, you can open your business 24/7 in the real world, can you? Maybe a big ass franchise like 7 Eleven, yeah. But yours? Nope… So is there a business that you can open 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year round? Of course! The internet! Imagine money coming in while you sleep, shit, drink, eat, and have fun with your friends and still have money coming in! That, my friend, is Financial Freedom. Something YOU may want to consider…

Purchasing Power is USELESS without CONTROL

So you think you got a little bit extra to spend. You end up wanting to buy something that is a little out of budget. That’s when you use a credit card, because you figured that a little interest rate wouldn’t hurt right? Why not buy more? ‘Maxing’ on your spends is okay to a certain degree, since you want to put every dollar to good use. Please know that Overspending is always a loss! This holds true for overspending with your credit card. Of course there’s a limit, even with your credit card. Then again, as long as you have unsettled credit over petty items, your expenditure will always be at a deficit. According to disciplinary standards, overly using your credit cards, deficits and debts is just downright unhealthy for any individual. Making loans to make important investments like in a house or an apartment, to buy car, or even education loans are more worthwhile isn’t it? Then why ending up spending more just to settle your credit card bills with the bank when you got the mortgage and car loan payback to worry about?
That’s where the concept buying stuff we can buy (and for that matter we can afford) is facilitated with the wonders of the Debit Card. When you purchase items that you want well within your budget, you may end up saving more money! Who knows, next month or next year you end up being able to shop more! It used to be that only credit cards are empowered with the benefits of the MasterCard or Visa…not anymore. Imagine the exact same benefits of a MasterCard or a Visa card, except that this time you won’t have to worry about owing the bank! The dollar amount required will be deducted from the bank account linked to it. If your account reaches a minimum threshold, you only have to top up (make a deposit) in order to make further purchases. That easy! So, not only you’ll control the amount you spend is according to how much you have, it’s also safer when you have a debit card! Let’s say that it’s stolen, lost and what not and you haven’t made a report yet, by the time someone else uses it, he’ll only have access to a small amount that YOU have set (unless of course if you’re dumb enough to rely on only one debit card enabled bank account).

Nowadays, at this point, more and more people are shifting from credit cards and cash to debit cards. You can shop, dine, and travel without carrying so much cash in your pocket. Debit cards are an ideal choice for all who have a bank account and you meet the qualifications (i.e., account balance, age, etc.). Since applying for credit cards require you to have a job, university and college students end up NOT using MasterCard or Visa. But when the Debit MasterCard and Visa showed up, the purchasing power is finally there! Now imagine being a first year college freshmen that has just come of age but you got your very own MasterCard or Visa with your name written all over it! All you need of course is a bank account with money in it...
